My life has been a journey of transformation. Growing up, my childhood was a blend of bittersweet moments—full of baseball and football yet overshadowed by poverty. I was determined to rise above this scarcity mindset and unleash my true potential.

 

This quest for self-improvement led me to study psychology in college. After graduation, I spent two years as a social worker, passionately assisting children and individuals battling addiction. However, I quickly became disillusioned with a system that often prioritized symptom relief over addressing underlying issues. It felt like a clash with my ethics, as true healing seemed secondary to medication.

 

In search of clarity, I turned to self-development literature, inspired by authors like James Allen. Their insights ignited an entrepreneurial spark within me and reinforced my commitment to making a positive impact. I realized that genuine service in business could be deeply fulfilling, leading me to earn my real estate license in 2021.

 

Entering the real estate field was both thrilling and challenging. For the first time, I enjoyed freedom and flexibility in my career, unshackled from traditional constraints. With determination, I faced early financial struggles, relying on credit cards to get by while managing my budget. Though my family worried about my uncertain path, my commitment to freedom fueled my perseverance.

 

As I navigated this new landscape, I found joy in building relationships and connecting with incredible people, including Celeste, who I met in the industry and eventually began dating. By 2022, inspired by our shared vision, I considered launching my brokerage. With Celeste’s encouragement, I took the leap and founded Catalyst—a place where we inspire positive change and foster client growth.

 

At Catalyst, we prioritize integrity and a collaborative culture, deliberately selecting agents who are not only skilled but also share our core values of kindness and support. In an industry where some prioritize profit over people, we strive to be the antithesis—fostering a nurturing environment free from gossip and negativity.

 

This culture proved invaluable when my business partner stepped away unexpectedly. Facing uncertainty, I leaned on my incredible team and mentors, putting my ego aside to navigate the challenges together. Today, I take immense pride in Catalyst and the supportive team we’ve built.

 

Real estate ignites my passion, and I continuously seek to expand my network and knowledge. Recently, Celeste and I celebrated the arrival of our son, Milo, and I look forward to embracing fatherhood. Outside of family time, I love hitting the gym and mountain biking—a hobby I eagerly anticipate sharing with Milo as he grows.

 

Giving back holds a special place in my heart. I proudly support Big Brothers Big Sisters and organize holiday gift drives for children. Real estate has granted me a platform to elevate and serve others, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help transform lives.
